How do I make sure that I am supporting my school/organization?
Please make sure that when you go through the checkout process, that you carefully read all the 'ship to' locations. Every location is a DIFFERENT fundraiser. If direct shipping is needed, please choose the name of fundraiser that you are supporting WITH the Shipping Fee.

I used the QR code. Doesn't that mean I'm supporting my organization?
No. This is a generic QR code that sends you to our website only. To make sure that you are supporting your own organization, please select it as a shipping location during check-out.

Can my organization have custom images made onto hoodies/tea towels?
Yes!
We can screen print your approved image onto our products.
However, this would be separate from your fundraiser on this website. 
This DOES require product purchase order minimums. Send us an email about custom printing rouve@yourgreenkitchen.ca

Where does my order get shipped to?
It depends. If you live locally to the school/organization that is fundraising, you can choose the Free Shipping Option. All local orders will be shipped to the Fundraiser Coordinator together and will be then the Coordinator's responsibility to make sure your order is available for pickup/delivery. 

If you want to support a fundraiser and you live in a different area and need your order shipped to you, please choose the $12 shipping option and it will come straight to you!

What is the turnaround time for shipping the orders?
After your fundraiser is over, you can expect us to ship your the orders in 1-3 business days. Local Orders do get shipped to ONE location. We use a variety of couriers. We will choose one that is optimal. Shipping Times vary.

I filled out a registration form, but I haven't received a confirmation email.
PLEASE EMAIL US! We send out a confirmation email within 3 business days. If you haven't received this, it is very important for you to contact us. Some severs have been blocking our emails and not reaching folks who'd like to fundraise with us. When we send out emails and do not hear back, we cannot proceed with the fundraiser. So PLEASE REACH OUT!
